Visited SK Jewellers yesterday as a returning customer to buy a watch for my hubby. The service received by Sheila and Viktor was amazing! Attentive, patient and as always, nothing is too much for these guys. If they don't have what you want they will source it from another shop or make it themselves! .. I have had a necklace changed with a personal touch and I get complemented on it all of the time. Definitely worth a visit .. these guys will look after you!

wir waren auch bei diesem Juwelier und mein Mann hat mir einen Diamant Ring mit blauen Saphiren gekauft. Uns wurde dann eine Expertise mitgegeben die ungefähr das doppelte auswies als wir bezahlt haben. Habe den Ring dann hier in München beim Juwelier überprüfen lassen. Ja, er ist echt gold, aber die Diamanten sind sehr flach geschnitten. Der Ring ist also gut 700 Euro überbezahlt von der Expertise ganz zu schweigen. Wir hatten Lucky als Verkäufer der sehr sympathisch war. Wir bekamen noch eine Schmuckschatulle zum verreisen und eine Flasche Wein für meinen Mann, der im Internet für 4,50 verkauft wird !!!! Wenn man das weglässt und dafür die Leute nicht übers Ohr haut, dann wäre es fair. Tja, auch wir fühlen uns von Lucky betrogen. Was nützt mir eine hohe Expertise ? Wenn ich den Ring mal verkaufen müsste, dann kommt ganz schnell raus, dass die Expertise viel zu hoch ist. Mein Juwelier in München hat mal mit einem türkischen Juwelier gesprochen und diese Juweliere wissen genau, dass die Touristen wieder heimfliegen und bestimmt nicht extra zurück fliegen- in unserem Fall nach Teneriffa - um Geld zurück zu verlangen. Tja, Lucky Sie wollten dass wir Sie bewerten. Leider keine gute Bewertung !!!!

TIME TO LISTEN!!! Don't Buy at this Store!

It took me some time to write this. My partner bought me an engagement ring in this store during our vacation. We went there together and asked for a ring made of real pure gold (18K) with some diamonds. As we were flying back to our country in 2 days, the Indian seller/owner with his wife said that the ring would be available the next day. I received the ring as promised and with a certificate. But after 5 months, to my surprise, the gold color faded. I took the ring to a jeweler nearby and asked him if he could take a look at the ring and check if it was really not gold. Wiped it with a piece of cloth And voila! The ring was actually white gold and 18 carat gold plated. What a disgrace! It's not what we wanted the first time. Take a look at some of my photos and you will see how big the difference is from its original dark yellow slight orange/reddish golden color.

l wanted to return the ring and ask for a refund. But I don't have time to fly back there because I'm very busy at work. If I fly back there soon, I will ask for an explanation. Never again!!!

My husband bought a watch from this shop. We were looked after by Lucky. He wasn't pushy and let us take our time over a couple of days. He was very helpful and professional. ( My husband says he should have a pay rise.😂.) Thank-you Lucky
