AMAZING quality of boots. Been using them for over a year now and still working like brand new. Steel toe is phenomenal and very water proof. Great for construction !! Highly recommend! (Very comfy too)

Love this store! 3 floors of shoes, clothing, hunting gear, guns, archery, boots etc for the entire family. And great prices! In the old shoe factory where they made shoes and boots for decades until 20 or 30 or so years ago.

Please DON'T  do business with Rocky.

They DON'T make quality products.

I have socks that only cost $3 and they are more than 50 years old and hasn't came apart. Thier socks $60+ and they are coming apart.

Their customer service is terrible. I regret buying boots from them and I haven’t even received the boots yet. They offered no support and I’m left without any boots and answers. STAY AWAY

UPDATE: With enough persistence, i was able to get customer service to 'make an exception' and provide a replacement pair of boots. No visible defects and they feel comfortable. I haven't had the chance to test them in the field yet. I will adjust my rating once i do to give the most accurate review.

Aweful quality. I returned a pair of boots because they weren't stitched properly and coming apart right out of the box. The replacement pair not only had the same defect, but ripped above the heel on both boots after 3 uses and customer service refuses to replace them or return my money. They did invite me to BUY another pair with a discount code - as if i would be foolish enough to pay more money for poorly made products.
