Visited Dick’s Sporting Goods on a Saturday morning around noon. Waited over 45 minutes for an associate to help us with a pair of shoes never got the shoes told us twice we were dropped from their order system. No resolution left without shoes.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful when I wanted to return some shoes I recently purchased. I gave up and left to the San Tan location where they were much nicer and helped me exchange the shoes with a smile.

The store and the employees who work in this store are pathetic and disrespectful. I waited for 30 mins and no one cared, we went there to buy shoes and the guy was talking to a customer for 30 mins and they just don't care other customers. I haven't seen such a disgusting manager and employees, so disgraceful and when I asked they just told that if I want to leave the store I can leave with their arrogant attitude this store will never win customer satisfaction. Better you close the store at this location.

I pretty much live at this store with 3 boys. The customer service is always exceptional and everyone is so friendly. I specifically have to give a shout-out to David, who has been there a long time and is consistently kind, respectful and so so helpful. Love this store.
