The five of us were in town for vacation last week and someone said that they wanted to do karaoke. It was a Friday, and they do karaoke on Fridays so we came here after dinner. It was so much fun! We ordered our drinks at the bar and the prices were actually pretty standard (rather than inflated for tourists) compared to where we all live around the US. The bartenders were pretty nice and helped us as quickly as they could. The DJ for karaoke was pretty funny. The floors and tables were decently clean considering how many people were up and drinking. There's also darts and a pool table for those that need even more stimulation. Not sure how the food is, but they have a great drink selection, at least!

Great local bar tucked away. The staff was friendly and made great drinks. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but hopefully next time. They have a pool table, hook and ring, and a nice outdoor area. The only downfall is the bathroom is up a bunch of stairs that look a lot steeper after a few drinks.

It’s a good little hideaway and the ambience is nice. Ordered a burger and fries with calamari. The calamari was fried to perfection but has no flavor. The burger lacked seasoning and all I can taste was the bun and cheese.

Let's start with the calamari appetizer, which was a real highlight of the meal. The calamari was plump and fried to perfection, with a crispy coating that wasn't too heavy or greasy. The squid was tender and flavorful, and it came with a zesty dipping sauce that complemented it perfectly. Overall, it was an excellent start to the meal and definitely worth trying.

Moving on to the entree, I highly recommend the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich. The fish was cooked to perfection with a flavorful blackened seasoning and a delicious flavor that explodes in your mouth that wasn't overpowering. The sandwich was loaded with fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion, and it came on a perfectly toasted bun. The combination of flavors and textures was just right, and the portion size was generous.

But the sandwich isn't the only standout on the menu. The Hideaway Bar and Grill also offers a range of other delicious dishes, from burgers and salads to seafood and steak. Whatever your taste, you're sure to find something to love here.

In fact, the Hideaway Bar and Grill Philly cheese steak was voted the bestn Delray Beach in 2019. This is an impressive accolade and speaks to the quality of their food and the expertise of their chefs.

There is also a cigarette machine available for smokers who wish to purchase tobacco products to use outside.

In addition to the delicious food and great drinks, the Hideaway Bar and Grill also offers a fun and lively atmosphere. The pool table and dart boards are popular with patrons, and the well-stocked bar means there's always something new to try. Whether you're looking for a casual night out with friends or a place to unwind after work, the Hideaway Bar and Grill is a great choice.

Me and my partner went to this location to play some pool, when we arrived we were greeted by a rude bartender that told us we had to buy a drink if we wanted to play the game we already paid for. She was beyond rude even after we ordered drinks like we were planning on doing and then decided to talk shit about us to other patrons “they just need to play their stupid game and get out”. This type of attitude was completely unprovoked and I would recommend anyone who has a sliver of self respect to steer clear of this location where the hosts clearly could give less of a shit of how they treat their customers.

Very nice old-school bar (1950's) with a great patina, yet modern upgrades. Fine service and an outstanding selection of liquor...just make sure you inquire about prices beforehand or you may get quite a surprise with your tab! Upstairs bathroom location doesn't score any points, but that's life...overall, a worthwhile experience and a glimpse into a long-ago world...we'll be back to try the food.

Lovely experience but no $4.25 buy back after spending $60 tipping $20 would have been a the right thing to do when sitting at the bar. Otherwise fun experience
